The Customer Delight Executive will manage customer inquiries ensuring every customer receives accurate information and a delightful experience. You will act as a key representative of the company, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage walk-in customers with a pleasant and professional approach
Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing the right products
Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and inviting store atmosphere
Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience from the moment they enter until they leave
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills
