Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and provide detailed project information. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing their queries and concerns. Assist clients in property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead conversion. Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact between customers and the company for after-sales support.

Requirements:



Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred). 2-4 years of experience in customer dealing, sales, or real estate (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
