Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
Explain duct cleaning services, pricing, and preparation requirements to clients.
Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up post-service for feedback.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits and cleaning jobs.
Maintain and update the service calendar, ensuring optimal crew allocation.
Track job progress and communicate delays or changes to clients.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and share service reports, invoices, and feedback forms.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history in CRM or Excel trackers.
Assist in preparing proposals and AMC renewal reminders.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve service-related issues promptly.
