Customer Coordinator (Tele-Sales & Support)

Responsibilities:

Attend customer calls and WhatsApp chats through Tata Smartflo & WATI. Update customer & service provider details in Zoho CRM. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Follow up with customers and ensure service quality. Support marketing team in campaigns & feedback collection.
Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (preferred: BA/BCom/Communication). Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi advantage). 0-2 years of customer support / tele-sales experience. Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho preferred).
Salary Package:

?12,000 - ?18,000/month

(based on experience). Incentives on lead conversions & customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 25 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
