Handle incoming calls and service requests. Coordinate between customers and technicians. Maintain daily job schedule and customer feedback. Update job status in system or WhatsApp.

Skills:



Polite communication in Malayalam & English. Basic computer or WhatsApp skills. Patience and customer care mindset.
