The Customer Coordinator - Sales acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements from order to dispatch. This role is responsible for proactive communication, follow-up, coordination, and maintaining project timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Timely Sales Order Booking and Confirmation
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order execution, updates, and coordination.
Coordinate internally with Production, Quality, Purchase, Engineering, and Logistics to meet project and dispatch deadlines.
Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), action trackers, and weekly updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of communication, commitments, and progress using ERP and Excel-based dashboards.
Monitor and follow up on customer trials, rework status, and dispatch plans.
Support in resolving customer complaints and ensure timely closure in coordination with the Quality team.
