Key roles and responsibilities :
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting documentation tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience
in customer service or office administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
