Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented

Customer Coordinator

to support field operations. You will coordinate on-site activities, interface directly with clients, and work with internal teams to deliver high
quality service to customers on location.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during field visits. Handle inquiries and issues promptly. Coordinate scheduling for service deliveries, installations, audits, or field support tasks. Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, and clients--ensuring field staff have required resources and information. Monitor quality and safety standards, verifying that services meet company compliance and client expectations. Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback and service outcomes, and share insights with relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field activities, and service completion. Generate reports as needed. Support training and onboarding of field staff to uphold service quality. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. IndeedExpertia 0-1 years of experience in customer service or field coordination roles. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, problem
solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Prior experience in logistics, retail, or technical field-service environments. Indeed Exposure to audits, installations, or inspections in fieldwork context. Ability to train or coach field teams in customer service best practices.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback. Timeliness and completeness of field service delivery. Accuracy of documentation for customer interactions and field logs. Quality and efficiency of coordination among field, operations, and client teams.
