Customer Relationship Executive
who will be the
face of Chocovic - Gifting Sector, Ludhiana
. The role involves greeting customers, handling enquiries, maintaining customer data, and ensuring a warm customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers courteously
Handle customer enquiries and engage customers until the RM is available
Maintain and update customer enquiry data in Excel
Coordinate between customers and the RM/team
Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience
Assist customers with basic product information and gifting options
Required Skills & Qualities:
Good verbal communication skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data maintenance
Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions smoothly
Polite, patient, and well-organized
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in customer handling, front desk, or support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Work Timings:
10:30am to 8:30pm
