We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused

Customer Coordinator

to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and able to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, messages, and emails. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with clarity and professionalism. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and support teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests. Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, updates, and satisfaction levels. Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies. Assist in after-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and service inquiries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

Requirements



Experience in customer service or coordination roles (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
