Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
