The Complaint Handler is responsible for managing customer complaints in a timely, professional, and compliant manner. This role ensures proper documentation, investigation, resolution, and reporting of complaints, following company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, log, and acknowledge customer complaints promptly.
- Investigate complaints by gathering necessary information from customers, internal teams, and records.
- Identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and detailed complaint records in the system.
- Communicate resolution and follow-up with customers in a professional manner.
- Escalate critical issues to management as required.
- Generate complaint trend reports and share insights with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company SOPs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduation.

Computer knowledge (MS Exce, MS Word).
