Job Title: Customer Complaint Handling Executiv

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and proactive individuals to join our Customer Complaint Handling Team. The primary responsibility will be to manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate the root cause of issues and coordinate with relevant departments to provide proper resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of all complaints and actions taken.
Communicate courteously and empathetically with customers through calls, emails, or chat.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Prepare periodic reports on complaint trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Team Structure:
You will be part of a 3-4 member Customer Complaint Handling Team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
