Telecaller

to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Handle inbound customer queries politely Explain products/services clearly Follow up with interested customers Maintain call records and customer record Solve customer problems

Requirements:

Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Customer-focused attitude Freshers are welcome (training provided)

Preferred Skills:

Prior telecalling or sales experience Convincing and negotiation skills Time management
