Customer Support Executives
for
voice and non-voice international processes
. The ideal candidate is confident, fluent in English, and passionate about creating great customer experiences.
Work Location:
Jaipur, Rajasthan - Work from Office Only
Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply. Relocation bonus and 14-day hotel stay provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with international customers via phone, email, and chat.
Identify customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines, update customer details, and maintain accurate logs in CRM tools.
Meet quality, accuracy, and service-level goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Open to Undergraduates and Graduates from any field.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced BPO professionals welcome.
Skills:
Excellent
English communication
(spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts

fast-paced office environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?27,000 - ?35,000/month (based on communication and experience).
