Job Title: Sales Executive - Customer Chat Support

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive - Customer Chat Support at BeastDrive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via live chat, understanding customer needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach to ensure both sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with customers through live chat to answer queries, share product/service details, and promote sales.

-Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

-Persuade and guide customers through the purchase journey to achieve conversions.

-Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales in the system.

-Follow up on potential leads generated through chat and other online channels.

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

-Provide excellent customer experience by responding promptly and professionally.

-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.

-Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
