Job Summary:

We're looking for

International Customer Support Executives

for

Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email)

processes.
If you have strong

communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with

international customers

via calls / chat or email. Deliver

accurate, polite, and effective communication

to resolve queries. Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems. Work in a

target-driven, customer-centric

environment. Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.

Skills:

Excellent

verbal and written English communication

. Confident, customer-oriented attitude. Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed.

Availability:

Comfortable with

rotational shifts (5.5 days working)

Relocation:

Must be open to

relocating to Jaipur

(company assistance provided).
