Respond promptly and politely to customer queries via

Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email

. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a record of frequently asked questions and common issues to help improve support efficiency. Share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.

Required Candidate Profile



Any graduate/post graduate. Strong written communication skills. Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy. Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently. Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Freshers are welcome too.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
