Role Overview:

We are hiring for

International Customer Support Executives

across

Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email)

processes.
The role involves assisting global customers, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring high service quality in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with international customers via

calls, chat, or email

to resolve queries and issues. Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient support while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow process guidelines, maintain accurate data, and document case notes. Achieve individual and team performance metrics related to quality and productivity. Adapt to dynamic process updates and product training sessions.

Education:

Undergraduates, Graduates (any stream).

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

Skills Required:

Strong

English communication (spoken & written)

is mandatory. Ability to handle international customer interactions confidently. Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving approach. Willing to work in

rotational shifts including night shifts

. Must be willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation support provided).

Salary & Perks:

CTC:

?28,000 - ?36,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills).
