About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Customer Champion Trainee
to manage and support our clients' logistics needs. This role involves day-to-day coordination with customers, transport agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely service delivery.
Coordinate with transport agencies to arrange trucks, negotiate competitive rates, and finalize mutually agreed costs.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and generating referrals from existing clients.
Monitor and follow up on customer payments, addressing concerns and ensuring timely collections.
Collaborate with vendors to validate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales and finance, to align operations and deliver seamless logistics solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Any degree
Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer coordination will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics operations & customer support
