Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience through phone, chat, or email. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Meet and exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score Uphold company standards and ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask Prior experience in customer support is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
