About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic
Customer Support Executives
who can speak
Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Kannada
fluently. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful service experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries in the assigned regional language.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Maintain call quality and achieve performance metrics.
Document customer interactions and feedback effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
? Fluency in
Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada
(spoken).
? Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
? Minimum qualification -
12th pass / Graduate

? Basic computer knowledge.
? Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but
freshers are welcome
