Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers and healthcare providers.
Assist with queries related to services, account updates, or general support.
Document call details accurately and maintain proper records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve open issues.
Maintain professionalism, clarity, and customer satisfaction on every call.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in customer care, call center, or voice process.
Strong English communication skills (verbal + written).
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and clarity.
Comfortable working night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and call-handling etiquette.
