? Handle inbound & outbound calls, addressing queries and providing timely updates.

? Understand customer needs, offer solutions, and maintain professional communication.

? Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM.

? Respond to live chat support with clear and prompt communication.

? Maintain professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving attitude at all times.

Requirements

? Excellent verbal & written communication in English.

? Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity.

? Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.

? Proactive, customer-focused, and multitasking ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
