Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecaller professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing

customer calls, responding to WhatsApp messages, and providing exceptional

customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecaller Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service

information.

3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling

products/services to customers.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and

WhatsApp messages.

WhatsApp Replies Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages from customers in a timely and

professional manner.

2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product/service

details, pricing, and availability.

3. Resolve customer complaints and issues via WhatsApp, escalating to senior

management as necessary.

4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback

and surveys.

5. Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to

ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Communications,

Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales;

experience in WhatsApp customer service preferred.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft O?ice and Google Suite.

Nice to Have:

1. Language skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, and regional

languages.

2. Technical skills: Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and data

analytics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,848.49 per month

Work Location: In person
