Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B / B2B Sales Representative (English) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new B2B clients / B2C Customers through our own conducting Events, Seminars and Programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
Conduct sales presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
6+ Months or 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience is preferably
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
