Lead and manage a team of customer care executives. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats when required. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of customer service targets. Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance. Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints effectively. Maintain reports on team productivity and service quality. Ensure excellent communication standards and customer satisfaction
Graduate / Diploma in any stream. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care / BPO / call center, with at least 1 year in a team lead role preferred. Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage). Leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills. Ability to handle targets and pressure.
