Job Summary: ( Customer care & Sales Support)
The Customer Care Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for farmers, distributors, and agri-business clients. This role involves handling customer queries, promoting agricultural products and services, processing orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction to drive sales and retain loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Promote and sell agricultural Organic products (Spirulina, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to existing and new customers.
Provide product information and usage guidance to farmers and clients.
Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and potential customers.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Customer Service:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers and dealers.
Compensation:
[15k-20k] + performance incentives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their respective best practices, algorithms, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and [local languages like Telugu, Hindi, english etc.,
