Role Overview:


As a

Customer Support Executive

at SURUL, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every query is answered and every problem is solved with care and professionalism.

Your Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media. Resolve issues quickly while keeping customers happy. Explain products and offers in a convincing way. Keep accurate records in our systems. Stay calm and confident under pressure.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (any field). Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

Excellent English

(spoken & written). Basic computer & MS Office skills. Patience, problem-solving skills & persuasive communication.
