Rosec Jewels is an independent company based out of Jaipur, India and is devoted towards manufacturing and selling top notch jewellery pieces studded with top-quality diamonds and gemstones, round the globe. Our team constituting experienced designers and artisans, overlook the journey which begins as a design on paper followed by execution on software and carefully crafting it to reality. All these processes to ensure that our customers are overwhelmed with happiness when they open the box from Rosec Jewels.

We are looking for E- commerce Operation Manager who can work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery times across the locations. Liaison with customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience. An ideal candidate is an e-Commerce enthusiast with knowledge of e-commerce portals and a minimum of 1-2 years of the overall experience. This is a client-facing role and hence strong communication skills and the ability to work along and lead a team are a must.

The profile requires to handle online business for old and new products and other Promotional needs. Boost sales through listing company's products to various channels like Amazon, Walmart etc. Responsible for cataloging of new products. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Keep track of Quality, Quantity, Stock Levels and Delivery times. Familiarity with online promotion, online advertising and SEO would be positive+.

Good general e Commerce market knowledge. Strategizing for growth & ensuring smooth operations.

Experience in working in or dealing with e Commerce, internet, ideally Amazon, Walmart, Shopify or eCommerce operations.

Keeping up on trends and changes, that might affect the performance on e-commerce platforms

Analysing the data and contributing towards continuous improvement of the eCommerce strategy for the Brand's business growth.

Monitoring the budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary.

Monitoring promotional activities at various Marketplaces.
