Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi
