We're looking for a

Customer Care Support Executive

to handle calls, emails, and online chats with our customers and business partners. You'll assist with planning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades, while ensuring smooth communication and excellent service.

Responsibilities



Answer and make calls to customers & partners Provide support via phone, email, and chat Track and manage follow-up correspondence Handle claims processing, complaint registrations, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses

Requirements



6 months - 2 years of customer support experience Strong knowledge of phone, email, and chat support Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
