Responsibilities
Answer and make calls to customers & partners
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Track and manage follow-up correspondence
Handle claims processing, complaint registrations, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
Requirements
6 months - 2 years of customer support experience
Strong knowledge of phone, email, and chat support
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
