Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Utilize scripts to provide information about product features and present their benefits. Conduct outbound calls using data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources. Maximize the number of leads converted into business. Pose pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements. Maintain records of calls and sales, recording useful information. Acquire in-depth knowledge about our product and service offerings.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Qualifications:



Any graduate/postgraduate

Experience:



Prior experience in Sales/Marketing/Technical tele-calling (Minimum 1 year)

Language Skills:



Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Proficient in Hindi.
