- Customer Success Specialist- Location: Kolkata, WB, India- Industry: ManufacturingPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our Thermo Adhesives Business team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of thermo adhesive products and applications.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.- New Account Registration: Process customer registrations efficiently through forms.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.- Quotations: Prepare and send quotations for required articles and services.- Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arrange meetings and secure new business opportunities.- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination and operations.- Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.- Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads effectively.- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure successful conversions.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: 2-3 years of total and relevant experience with stability.Skills:- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.Working Conditions:- Hours: Six-day work week, Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 4 PM).- Work Environment: On-site position at Dakhinee Co-Operative Housing Society, Kolkata.Compensation and Benefits:- Salary range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month.- Pick up and drop off services from specified locations.- Paid privilege leaves.- Employee referral program.
