Key Responsibilities:



oRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

oIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

oHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

.oProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required Skills & Qualifications:



oBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

oStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

oExcellent communication and presentation skills.

oPrior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage

.

Preferred Qualifications:



Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
oExperience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.

oFluency in English and Hindi
