Qualifications and Skills:

1 of experience in sales, customer care or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries from healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals. Provide detailed information about medical products, services, and pricing to potential clients ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
