Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in using our offerings effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick and accurate solutions.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures where required.
Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or concerns.
Aim to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s) required].
Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not mandatory.
