JD for Frontier Order Assignment. A. Research, investigate and correct issues on Customer Service Orders and Trouble Ticket Requests. B. Program telephone dial tone and modify telephone features and long-distance services on customer phone lines. C. Resolve switch programming issues. D. Interact with other departments to attain company service objectives. E. Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues to close the Service Orders. F. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems with software and network systems. G. Contributing to the creation and improvement of internal knowledge base resources. H. Review action taken on trouble tickets to ensure ticket was properly routed, trouble corrected, commitment met, and trouble closed properly. I. Maintain a record of all tasks carried out in the appropriate internal systems and accordingly disposition them. J. Must possess good judgment, be able to make decisions and maintain a professional image. K. Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and accept criticism while always maintaining professional and courteous manners. Requirements: - i. Graduate with a minimum 1-2 years of experience. ii. Typing, keyboard and computer skills required. iii. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. iv. Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. v. Ability to work independently. vi. Must be willing to work overtime and extra hours during emergencies. vii. PC literacy in Windows-based applications viii. Experience in troubleshooting. (To determine why something does not work as expected and explain how to resolve the problem, prior experience in troubleshooting) ix. Ability to understand and execute process flows. x. Familiarity with operating systems, hardware components, and software applications. Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in any shift & on over the weekends based on business needs
