We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience across phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions in the system.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times.
Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
