As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the Odia language. *Responsibilities: Handaling Inbound Calls. Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with team members to achieve customer service targets. *Requirements: Fluent in Odia. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure. *Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred).
