The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as achieving customer satisfaction, providing customer support, handling customer service inquiries and effectively communicating with customers through various channels. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customers Proven track record of achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction Experience in Customer Support and related fields or industries Effective Communication Skills including fluency in English and preferably another language Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries Aptitude to learn and ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
