Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer queries weekly and document them.
  • Handle outbound customers and drive upselling.
  • Handle remote troubleshooting of client issues including timely escalation to relevant teams.
  • Providing ad hoc support to teams as needed.
  • Lead major call campaigns as required.
  • Maintain customer records systematically for other teams to step in.
  • Handle remote M2s and after SV calls to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Experiences & Skills:
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Experience working with customers in a rural set up.
