Key Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries:

Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.

Resolving issues:

Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and technical problems.

Providing information:

Delivering accurate information about services, and company policies.

Processing Appointments

Troubleshooting:

Assisting with troubleshooting common issues and following up to ensure resolution.

Collecting feedback:

Gathering feedback from customers and using it to improve customer experiences.

Escalating issues:

Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintaining records:

Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system.

Collaborating:

Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns.
