Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy
Update internal systems with customer interactions & case details
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, & customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English; fluent English is an advantage)
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office / typing / CRM basics preferred)
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism
Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
Maximum Age: 30 years
