Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners.
Maintain franchise KYC and other important documents
Conduct welcome calls to new franchise partners, providing them with key information.
Send welcome emails that include all advertising and marketing materials.
Organize and facilitate Zoom meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve franchise-related queries and concerns.
