The
Customer Service Executive
will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and working closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service. The role will also involve maintaining customer records, providing updates on services and products, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Maintain CRM database and manage follow-ups
Assist in resolving post-sale issues or concerns
Collect and report customer feedback
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support the sales team with lead tracking and conversions
Share product information, offers, and updates with customers
Coordinate with logistics for smooth order processing
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training provided)
Strong multitasking and coordination skills
Interest in beauty and personal care products is a plus
