Maid Services in India is hiring a Team Member to manage a team of 10-15 members in an office-based role. The candidate should have a mature personality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to resolve employee issues with patience and professionalism. Responsibilities include guiding the team to achieve targets, motivating members, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The role also involves interacting with customers to ensure quality maid services and handling complaints politely in both Hindi and English. The ideal candidate must be calm under pressure, have good problem-solving skills, and communicate formally and respectfully.
