Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.
Escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Shift timing: 12.00pm to 09:00 PM
Location: Thrissur
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (mandatory).
Knowledge of one additional language: Hindi or Tamil (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
