About the Role:

We are expanding our Customer Support Team and looking for

Customer Care Executives

fluent in

Tamil and English

As part of our remote support team, you will handle customer queries, assist with service and product-related issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails. Provide accurate information about products, orders, or services. Log complaints and track them to closure using internal tools. Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

Any graduate or 12th-pass candidate with strong communication skills in

Tamil and English

. Polite, patient, and customer-focused with good listening skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, or BPO is an added advantage. Must have a
