We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage incoming customer calls and orders, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery and an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling payment and delivery coordination, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate order reports and databases. The candidate should be able to build positive rapport with customers and upsell products when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming calls and customer orders efficiently.
Coordinate and oversee last-mile delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
Enhance customer experience by managing payment and delivery processes.
Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Build positive customer relationships and promote additional products.
Maintain order records, generate reports, and manage customer databases.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (FMCG/retail preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of order management systems and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
